Eph 3:8-12 Although I am less than the least of all God’s people, this grace was given me: to preach to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ, and to make plain to everyone the administration of this mystery, which for ages past was kept hidden in God, who created all things. His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms, according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. (NIV)

How is this newly revealed manifold wisdom of God going to be made known to all the principalities and powers in heavenly places? Through You! The Church.

The Local Church is the Hope of the World.

Jesus took those who are in Christ and He formed something—The Church.

Matt 16:13-19 “… I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it…”

The Hope of Glory, Christ is in us and we are in the world as “Hope Dealers”!

Don’t trash the Church! Don’t doubt the Church! Don’t give up on the Local Church!

The church was God’s idea, and it is still His church. 1 Tim 3:14-15 “… the church of the living God.”

Jesus established the local church. Jesus died for the local church. The Holy Spirit empowers and dwells in the local church. He makes intercession for the local church. And one day, Jesus will come for the local church referring to it with affectionate terms such as “The Bride of Christ.”

Eph 3:20-21 Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think,

according to the power that works in us, (Christ in You!) to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

To God be the Glory…Where? In the Church. How? By Christ Jesus. For who? All Generations.

For how long? Forever and ever.

More Through You

1 Cor 2:9-12 However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"– but God has revealed it to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man’s spirit within him? In the same way, no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God so that we may understand what God has freely given us.

Do you understand what God has freely given us?

Do we understand the responsibility that we have to be good stewards of what God had given us?

Do really understand the GLORY that God want to reveal THROUGH US?

My Mission is to demonstrate, release, and restore Glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations.

What is the Glory: 1) Christ in us; 2) the Power of the Holy Spirit working through us;

3) demonstrating the manifest knowledge of God; 4) Every member of the Body performing its designed function; 5) Each part working together in unity for the betterment of the whole; and 6) not only a Glorious Head, but a Glorious Body as well! The Glory is each member empowered by the Holy Spirit doing their part. Christ Jesus in you and working through you!

Through You God Will Turn the World Upside Down.

Acts 17:4-6 “…These who have turned the world upside down have come here too.” (NKJ)

Those who have turned the world upside down! It wasn’t supposed to be a compliment! But what a complement it would be. I believe that IN CHRIST and with CHRIST IN US, we have the potential to turn the world upside down! Through You! Christ in You, the HOPE of Glory for the entire World!

In Acts 2:38, we see a New Testament pattern for a new life in Christ. Repent, be baptized, and receive the Holy Spirit. “Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” Acts 2:38

Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added to them. Acts 2:41 (Now that’s obedience!) I believe that, for us as believers, Baptism is all about IDENTIFICATION, DECLARATION and OBEDIENCE.

1) IDENTIFICATION

When we’re baptized, we’re identifying ourselves with Christ. We’ve been talking about “Two Words that Changed Everything!” “IN YOU”.

Col 1:26-27 the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints. To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Not only is Christ In You, but you are In Christ.

Col 2:9-15

9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,

10 and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

11 In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by the hands of men but with the circumcision done by Christ,

12 having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.

13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

14 having canceled the written code (NKJ the handwriting), with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.

15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them,

triumphing over them by the cross. (NIV)

The Written Code or The Handwriting: A word commonly used when a monetary obligation was acknowledged by a debtor. It means a signed confession of indebtedness, a legal document or bond, or a self-confessed indictment.[1]

When we go under the water, we are identifying with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. We are being submerged. We are getting soaked, drenched, and wet. We are saying, “I am in Christ, and Christ is in me.” We are saying, “I am hidden away with Christ in God and that is a deal sealed by the Holy Spirit.

· Rom 10:9 That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (NIV)

· Luke 9:26 If anyone is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. (NIV)

At Baptism, we are showing people, we are showing the world that we are new people in Christ Jesus.

We have a new position, a new identity! We are full and complete in Christ.

Gal 3:26-27 You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. (NIV) This water covering is simply a microcosm of my life because I have been clothed, washed, cleansed and covered in Jesus. I am in Christ and Christ in in me!

2) DECLARATION

Today, many will be baptized. This is a very, very special time, a defining moment. They are making some public declarations and, as they do, it will give them the fortitude to continue IN HIM.

In Baptism, We Declare That We Are Complete In Christ Jesus.

The spiritual void is now filled. The world tried to tell you how to fill that spiritual void in your life.

The world tells you what will be your glory, what will make you complete. It’s about what people do To You. It’s about relationship someone needs to have With You. It’s about what we can do For You.

It’s about who and what you have Around You. It’s about the things owned By You. It’s about what people think Of You. It is about being complete by the things done Through You. It’s about titles bestowed On You. But those who are now complete in Christ say, “No. All of those things are external. I have been changed on the inside, and you will now see me changing from the Inside Out!”

In Baptism, We Declare That We Are Now Spirit Controlled.

Remember Peter said, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” Acts 2:38

How do we know that we are in Christ and Christ is in us?

· I Jn 4:13 We know that we live in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit. (NIV)

· Rom 8:16 The Spirit himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children. (NIV)

Now, we are living a Holy Spirit controlled and directed live.

· Acts 17:28 ‘For in him we live and move and have our being. In Him. In Christ.

· Rom 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. (NKJ)

We are walking differently; we are walking according to the Spirit. Gal 5:25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in me. Rom 8:11 And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit, who lives in you. (NIV)

In Baptism, We Declare That We Will Continue IN HIM.

· Col 2:6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, (NIV)

· I John 2:28-29 And now, dear children, continue in him, so that when he appears we may be confident and unashamed before him at his coming. (NIV)

3) OBEDIENCE

The Christian life, I give them a one-word answer. In one word, it’s about obedience. That’s the Christian life—obedience. The Lord tells us, He commands us, to be baptized. “He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned” Mark 16:16 Notice that even though we are expected to be baptized, Baptism is not what saves us, the believing does. “He who does not believe will be condemned.” Baptism is an outward display of an inward change.

Many of you have made a faith decision. Have you gone public?

Have you obeyed Christ’s words and entered the waters of New Testament Baptism?

We say, “I’m trusting Christ with my eternity. I’m trusting Christ with my forgiveness. But, I’m going to balk at the first test of obedience. I’m going to balk at Baptism.”

You don’t want to start your spirit-filled walk of obedience to Christ Jesus with a blatant act of DIS-obedience. It’s impossible for someone to get in on the blessings of God if they’ve not been baptized.

For many people here, your failure to get baptized, your failure to obey is that thing that’s keeping you from going to the next level. So, here’s my question to all of you. Have you been drenched, dunked, and immersed? If you have made a faith decision and you’ve never been baptized by immersion, today is your day. Baptism is all about IDENTIFICATION, DECLARATION and OBEDIENCE.

Water Baptism

April 22nd, 2010

clip_image002

Sunday, April 25th, is a time for Water Baptism at Believers Church. You may or may not have been water baptized, but if you have not or you were baptized as a child and didn’t understand what you were doing, we would like to invite you to participate in a wonderful time of celebration of your new commitment to Christ. We are thankful for your salvation and your desire to proclaim that thankfulness to others through Water Baptism. As a child of God, it is important to follow Jesus’ example and be baptized in water. Baptism is an outward expression of what has already occurred in our heart and is the next step that Jesus asks us to take after salvation.

"He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned”

Mark 16:16.

“Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit” Acts 2:38.

I highly encourage you to be water baptized. It will be a significant spiritual event in your life that you will treasure forever. Don’t let the devil rob you of this joy. As you make the decision to be baptized, we rejoice with you as you publicly declare, “I am now a new creation in Christ Jesus, the old has passed away and all things are new! I am now baptized into the Body of Christ Jesus. I am part of His family!”

Things you will need to bring with you to baptism:

  1. Shorts and a shirt that can get wet. We do not have baptism robes so do not wear thin or white garments that tend to show through when they become wet.
  2. Towel and any other toiletry you may need.
  3. Dry clothes to change into.
  4. Plastic bag for your wet clothes.
  5. As many family members and friends as possible.

If you desire to be baptized, please call the church office as soon as possible to verify which service, 9:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m., that you would like to be baptized in.

Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please feel free to contact me here at the church at 681-1440.

Thank you and God bless you,

Pastor Scott Moore

NEW MEMBERS CLASS

clip_image004Everything you every wanted to know about Membership but were afraid to ask!

Join us for our next New Members Class scheduled for Saturday, April 24, 2006, from 09:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. (lunch will be provided). This membership class is a one-time commitment and is required for membership at Believers Church. If you are considering membership at our church, this is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about what it means to be a member of Believers Church. Attending the class does not mean that you have to join at this time. We just want to give you information that will help you make your own decision.

The strength of any church is the commitment of its members to follow the biblical teachings of Jesus Christ. The difference between being a church attendee and a church member is this commitment. The Christian life is more than just a commitment to Christ; it includes a commitment to other Christians. You become a Christian by committing yourself to Christ, but you become a church member by committing yourself to a specific group of believers. The first decision brings salvation; the second brings fellowship. Believers Church strives to encourage church membership by setting aside time to educate prospective members about membership at Believers Church.

What will be covered in this class?

  1. Responsibilities of being a member of Believers Church
  2. Water Baptism
  3. Philosophy on evangelism
  4. Discovering your spiritual gifts
  5. The purpose of Life Groups and our commitment to them
  6. Ministry opportunities at Believers Church

Presently, this class is only offered once per quarter. If you would like to attend, please call the church office at 912-681-1440 and confirm with us. You can also e-mail us at believersstatesboro@yahoo.com. We want to make sure that we have enough food and materials for you. If you have any questions about the class, please feel free to call Pastor Scott.

Childcare will not be available onsite. As a way of demonstrating the importance and our commitment to this class, we are offering you a “Child Care Voucher”. It is our hope that this voucher will defer some of your expense if you have to make paid childcare arrangements to attend the class. It’s worth $10.00 per child with a $20.00 family maximum. When you register for the class, please let us know if you will need this voucher.

This is going to be a great time together, and I am really looking forward to spending the time with you. We value your interest in membership at Believers Church as well as your ongoing support and faithfulness.

Looking forward to a great time together,

Pastor Scott

clip_image002

IN YOU “You Are” Believers Statesboro 04-18-10

Have you ever created anything that you were really proud of? Maybe you built a swing set for the kids, restored an old car or planted a garden. Maybe you are an engineer who has designed something cool or maybe you have taken a great photograph or painted an awesome piece of art work.

IN YOU We’ve been talking about “Two Words that Changed Everything!” “IN YOU”.

Col 1:26-27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of

this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Christ is in you and you are in Christ.

SINCE THEN We also learned that our new position changes how we think about everything, and especially what we think about ourselves as we looked at the two words “Since Then”.

Col 3:1-3 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. (NIV)

YOU ARE

Two other words that should resonate with are “You Are”. “WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST JESUS”

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Cor. 5:17

Eph 2:10 For we are (You Are) God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (NIV)

God has created you, made you, formed you, and transformed you. You are His workmanship. You were created in Christ to do good works and to WORK GOOD. The Master Designer is pleased with you!

Christ Makes Us Full and Complete Col 2:9-11 KJV Col 2:10 “and you are complete in Him.”

Buried in Baptism Col. 2:12-14

12 having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.

13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

14 having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross.

Col 2:14 having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. (NKJ)

The Written Code or The Handwriting: A word commonly used when a monetary obligation was acknowledged by a debtor. It means a signed confession of indebtedness, (a legal document or) bond, or self-confessed indictment.[1]

Col. 2:15 And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross.

2:15 The conquest of hostile spiritual forces is described in terms of a homecoming victory celebration of a Roman general.

· The idea here is that God, through the Cross events, divested principalities and powers of their uncontested rule and authority over redeemed people who live under Christ’s lordship.

· The fact that He made a public spectacle of them affirms that they are not annihilated, but their authority has been curbed. [2]

1 Corinthians 2:8 None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. (NIV)

Hebrews 2:14-15 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death– that is, the devil– and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. (NIV)

How did Jesus make a public spectacle out of the powers and authorities?

· By triumphing over them on the cross. (Col. 2:15)

· By displaying you, the church!

Eph 3:10-11

10 His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly realms,

11 according to his eternal purpose which he accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord. (NIV)

Remember… Eph 2:10 For we are (You Are) God’s workmanship, created in Christ.

God has created you, made you, formed you, and transformed you. You are His workmanship. You were created in Christ to do good works and to WORK GOOD. The Master Designer is pleased with you!

How did Jesus disarm the powers and authorities?

  • He disarmed them by taking away their ammunition against us: the written code with its regulations, the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us, our signed confession of indebtedness and our self-confessed indictment
  • How did He do that?
    • By nailing the accusations, the handwriting, and the self-confessed indictment to the cross!
    • And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. (NKJ)

Satan is the accuser of the brethren… (Rev. 12:10)

· Now we can say, “Yes, you are absolutely right. Yes, I was in the sin box. I was slave to sin. I was dead in sin. Yes, I did all of the things you are accusing me of. Yes, I confess that I am guilty.”

· But… Jesus nailed my self-confessed indictment to the cross with him, and according to Col 1:13-14 He has rescued me from the dominion of darkness and brought me into His kingdom.

I’ve transferred out of sin and into Christ Jesus. Now I am in Christ and Christ is in me.

Suddenly, your accuser is disarmed.

If you have confessed your sins, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins,

Now, your identity and your position have changed. Christ is in you and you are found in Christ Jesus. (Hidden with Christ in God.)

Everything from this point on is only a false accusation of Satan, the accuser of the brethren.

It is a powerless charge against you.

You have been given fullness in Christ, who is the Head over every power and authority.

You are complete in Him.

Rom 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, (NIV)

Rom 8:1 Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, (NIV)

Col 2:10 …and you are complete in Him, who is the head of all principality and power. (NKJ)

clip_image002In You “Since Then” Believers Statesboro 04-11-10

Prior to the Resurrection of Christ Jesus, man celebrated the fact that God was with us. But, everything changed when Jesus died on a cross to save us from our sins and rose again on that great resurrection morning! Now, God would be with us and Christ would be In Us. “IN YOU”. These two words changed everything! This was a great mystery now revealed!

Col 1:26-27 The mystery… Christ in you, the hope of glory.

“Since Then” Col 3 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. (NIV)

Raised with Christ? Remember the Problem – You Were Dead in Your Sins

Col. 2:12 “…you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature.”

Transferred

Col 1:13-14 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. (NIV)

NAS says Col 1:13 For He delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, (NAS)

He has transferred us! Christ is in you, you are in Christ and Christ is in God! You have a new identity, you have a new position! It doesn’t matter if you feel like a saint or not, you are one.

Two important things to think about:

· What we think about God.

· What we think God thinks about us.

Everyone is worried about what others think about them. Do people like me? Will I be seen as successful in the eyes of others? Am I valued? Am I good or bad at what I do? But, all of these are external. You don’t get your identity by what others think about you. You don’t even get your identity by what you think about yourself. Your identity and your position are found in Christ Jesus.

Reality Verses Feelings

“Well, I don’t feel like I am all of these things.” It doesn’t matter. You are who Christ says you are.

Whether you feel like it or not! “So set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.”

Set you mind on what God says about you and not what the world says about you.

Complete In Christ

Col 2:9-10 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

KJV Col 2:10 “and you are complete in Him.”

Our Mission

To teach, encourage, and inspire, authentic Christianity to the people of Statesboro, Bulloch County, and Surrounding Areas. Authentic – conforming to a true or reality. This is a truth that you need to conform to… conform to the reality of who you are in Christ.

Renew Your Mind

Transformed by the renewing of our mind. Romans 12:2 Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is– his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Conforming is living down. True worship is living up to what God says about you.

Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV) “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”

What do you think about? What is on your mind? Get in AGREEMENT WITH GOD!

Change Your Way of Thinking.

Mark 1:15 "The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!" (NIV) Greek Word 3340 metanoeo (met-an-o-eh’-o); from 3326 and 3539; to think differently or afterwards, i.e. reconsider (morally, feel compunction): KJV– repent.

“IN YOU” Two Words that Changed Everything

Believers Statesboro Easter Sunday 04-04-10

This past Christmas, we celebrated the ultimate “Love Letter” that God sent to us declaring that the Messiah had come and His name would be called “Emanuel”– God is with us.

Prior to the Resurrection of Christ Jesus, man celebrated the fact that God was with us.

But, everything changed when Jesus died on a cross to save us from our sins and rose again on that great resurrection morning!

Now, not only would God be with us, but now Christ would be In Us. “IN YOU”.

These two words changed everything! This was a great mystery now revealed!

Col 1:26-27

26 the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but is now disclosed to the saints.

27 To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Christ in you, not just with you, is the hope of glory! God was with us. But now, Christ is in us and that changes everything!

The Hope of Glory

What is your hope of glory? What is your completeness? What is your fullness?

The world tells you what will be your glory. What will make you complete.

· It’s about what people do To You.

· It’s about relationships someone needs With You.

· It’s about what we can do For You.

· It’s about who and what you have Around You.

· It’s about the things owned By You.

· It’s about what people think Of You.

· It’s about being complete by things done Through You.

· It’s about titles bestowed On You.

These may all be good things, but they are all external. God does an internal work.

God takes your empty, dirty, throw-away life and cleans you up. That in and of itself would be wonderful, but then God takes it to a HNL and puts Christ In You!

In Christ

Col 1:1-2

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother,

2 To the holy and faithful brothers in Christ at Colosse: Grace and peace to you from God our Father.

Col 2:9-11

9 For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form,

10 and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority.

11 In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by the hands of men but with the circumcision done by Christ,

Raised With Him

Col 2:12-13

12 having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.

13 When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, (NIV)

So, as we are celebrating the resurrection of Christ Jesus from the dead, we are also celebrating the fact that, because of His resurrection, we too can be raised from the deadness of our sins.

Hidden With Christ in God

Col 3:1-3

1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God.

2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.

3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. (NIV)

The Problem – You Were Dead in Your Sins

Col. 2:12 “…you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature.”

We are born into sin. We have a sin nature. (Rom 5:12) Because we are dead in sin, we need a Savior.

We don’t need to get better; we need to be made alive. We aren’t sick in sin, we are dead in sin. We don’t need to be improved, we need to be saved. That’s why Emanuel, God With Us, came to earth; to be our Savior and to live “In Us”.

Transferred

Col 1:13-14

13 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves,

14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. (NIV)

NAS says Col 1:13 For He delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, (NAS)

Now, I am in Christ and Christ is in me. I still have the same looks, personality, and memory patterns.

But, I have changed on the inside. Now, I am in Christ and Christ is in me.

He has transferred us!

Christ is in you, you are in Christ and Christ is in God! You have a new identity, you have a new position!

WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST JESUS

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! (NIV)

Who is Going to Separate You?

Who can separate you from the love of God? Who can snatch us out of Christ? Romans 8:35, 37-39 Who is going to break the seal of the Holy Spirit and break into God, tear Him open to get Christ out?

Who is going to break open Jesus to get you out?

Who is going to break you open to get Christ out of you?

Who? Satan? Satan is standing around and asking what just happened.

Because you were transferred, you were snatched right out of his grip.

Dead in sin, but then raised with Christ!

Today, we celebrate the resurrection of Christ, and we celebrate our resurrection in Christ!

From death to life!

Transferred; Christ in You; You in Christ; Christ is in God. We are sealed by the Holy Spirit.

We are hidden “In Christ” and that changes everything.

Now, you can live a life of power as Jesus lives in you and through you.
